Subscription fees for active billing periods are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are considered only in limited circumstances, such as a significant technical issue or service interruption attributable to Marketplace Monaco. Any refund decision is made on a case-by-case basis at Marketplace Monaco's sole discretion.
